Brief
You tell us what it is for, who it speaks to, and what you like. We write it down, quote a fixed price and a date, and you approve both before anything is drawn.
Directions
Two or three distinct routes, presented properly — in context, not as logos floating on white. You pick one, or pick pieces of each.
Refinement
The chosen direction is built out and sharpened over two rounds of revisions, included in the price. Extra rounds are quoted, never billed by surprise.
Files & ownership
Source files, exports in every format you need, fonts listed with their licences, and full ownership transferred on final payment.

How do we start?
Send a brief through the form below — what you need, roughly when, and any references you like. We reply within one business day with questions, a fixed price and a delivery date. Nothing is drawn until you approve both.
What do I actually receive?
Source files in the format the work was made in, exports in every format you need (SVG, PDF, PNG, print-ready CMYK where relevant), and a short handover note listing fonts used and their licences. Full ownership transfers to you on final payment.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds on every commission, which covers the vast majority of projects. If a third is needed because the brief changed, we quote it before doing it — you will never see an unexpected line on an invoice.
Can you build the website, not just design it?
Yes. Design and build are quoted separately so you can take the design elsewhere if you prefer. Both are fixed-price.
How do you handle fonts and stock images?
We design with fonts you can license, and we tell you the cost before using anything paid. Font and stock licences are bought in your name, directly by you, so the rights sit with your business and not with us.
What if I don't like any of the directions?
It is rare, because the brief stage exists to prevent it. If it happens, we redraw once from a revised brief at no extra cost. If it still is not right after that, you pay for the work done to that point and keep nothing you did not approve.
How and when do I pay?
Fifty percent to book the slot, fifty percent on delivery, in United States dollars by bank transfer or card. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance. Payment terms are Net 15.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHL Group LLC and its members, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use this website. Our total aggregate liability relating to this website is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHL Group LLC from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.
9. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Curry County, New Mexico, and you consent to that jurisdiction. If you access this site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.

1. What we sell
SHL Group LLC sells professional design services to business clients established in the United States. All fees are quoted and invoiced in United States dollars (USD). We do not sell physical goods, and we do not sell to consumers. Each engagement is defined in a written engagement letter signed by both parties before work begins.
2. Currency and quotes
All fees are quoted and invoiced in United States dollars (USD). Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Any applicable taxes are stated separately on the invoice.
3. Billing model
- Package retainer: a fixed monthly fee for the scope described in the package, invoiced in advance for the coming month.
- Fixed project fee: billed in agreed installments, typically on signature, at mid-point and on delivery.
- Third-party costs such as font licences, stock imagery and printing are quoted in advance and paid by the client directly to the supplier, so the rights sit with the client's business. They never appear on our invoices.
- We do not receive, hold or disburse client funds. SHL Group LLC invoices its own design fees only. No third-party budget is routed through our bank account at any point.
- We do not charge a commission calculated as a percentage of media spend.
4. Payment methods and terms
We accept bank transfer (ACH or wire), business check, and card payment where a client requests it. Invoices are due Net 15 from the invoice date unless the engagement letter states otherwise. Overdue balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by New Mexico law, whichever is lower.
5. Delivery of services
Services are delivered remotely, over video calls and shared documents. The engagement letter lists each deliverable and its due date. The diagnostic phase typically closes within two weeks of kickoff. If a deliverable will be late, we tell you before the due date, in writing, with a revised date.
6. Cancellation
A package or retainer may be ended by either party with 30 days written notice, subject to any minimum term stated in the engagement letter; the final month is invoiced normally and work continues through the notice period. Project engagements may be stopped at any time in writing. You are billed for work completed up to that date.
7. Refunds
Fees paid in advance for work that has not been performed are refunded in full, by the original payment method, within 10 business days of the cancellation date. Fees for work already delivered are not refundable. Third-party commitments made in your name, such as booked media inventory or production, are contracted and paid directly between you and the vendor; we cannot refund them.
8. Disputes about an invoice
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact us within 15 days of the invoice date at contact@shlgroupllc.com or +1 (505) 621-7085 with the invoice number and the line in question. We respond within one business day and resolve billing disputes directly rather than through a chargeback.
9. Ownership of deliverables
On full payment, ownership of the final design deliverables produced for you transfers to your company, including source files. Our internal methods, sketches and working materials remain ours. Third-party licensed assets, such as stock footage or music, are governed by their own license terms, which we disclose before purchase.
10. Supplier accounts
Font, stock and printing accounts used for your project are opened in your company’s name wherever the supplier allows it, so the licences and the rights remain yours after the commission ends.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how SHL Group LLC collects, uses and protects personal information through this website and in the course of client relationships. It applies to visitors in the United States and abroad.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, company, telephone number, email address, the service and budget range you select, and the details you share when you contact us or become a client.
- The inquiry form on this site does not transmit or store anything on our servers or with a third-party form service. It prepares a message in your own email application, which you choose to send. We then hold that email as we would any other business correspondence.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring source, through standard server logs and, where enabled, analytics tools.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not sell personal information.

We share personal information with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email, analytics and accounting providers; with suppliers such as printers and font foundries where a commission requires it; and where required by law or to protect our legal rights. These providers are required to protect the information and use it only for the services they perform for us.
6. International transfers
Our operations are in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your country.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to satisfy legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. 9. Security
